Oracle's largest data center partner, Blue Owl Capital, will not fund Oracle's next $10 billion data center project as the software giant faces growing debt and concerns over artificial intelligence spending. Blue Owl has previously been in negotiations with lenders and Oracle to invest in a 1 gigawatt data center in Salin, Michigan, which it plans to service OpenAI. However, according to three people familiar with the matter, the agreement will not be able to proceed further due to the impasse in negotiations.
