Bank of Luzhou (01983): Wang Jie elected as non-executive director

At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, Ms. Wang Jie was elected as a non-executive director of the 8th board of directors. Ms. Wang Jie's qualifications as a director are yet to be approved by the Sichuan Supervisory Authority of the China Financial Supervisory Authority. Ms. Wang Jie's term of office began on the date the Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervisory Administration approved her qualifications as a director until the end of the term of the 8th board of directors. Mr. Qiu Wei was elected as an independent non-executive director of the 8th board of directors. Mr. Qiu Wei's qualifications as a director have yet to be approved by the Sichuan Supervisory Authority of the State Financial Supervisory Administration. Mr. Qiu Wei's term of office begins on the date the Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of the State Financial Supervisory Administration approved his qualifications as a director until the end of the term of the 8th board of directors.
