The rating agency said the rating reflects the baa3 baseline credit assessment of the group's principal operating subsidiary, AS LHV Pank, and low likelihood of government support. The outlook on the group is positive, reflecting expectations that the bank's credit quality will improve while maintaining its strong capitalization, profitability, cost efficiency, and high liquidity over the next 12 to 18 months.
