According to the signed memorandum of cooperation, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in multiple dimensions to achieve deep integration and high complementarity between scientific research and innovation capabilities and existing business, and promote the two-way empowerment and value co-creation of technical resources and scenario resources. 1. In-depth access to the Askitect team and capabilities

The two sides will establish a joint business and product working mechanism, and the Askitect core team will participate in the product definition, capacity transfer and key solution design of Kang Qiaoyue Life in the Chinese market. Askitect will open up its core business capabilities and professional team resources in the US to Kangqiao Life, including but not limited to:

·AI house photo/video diagnostic engine and technical architecture;

·Housing diagnosis knowledge system and standardized methodology;

·House Health Record (House VIN) system design;

·Implementation experience in real estate, finance, insurance and other related industries in the United States.

2. Joint construction of vertical applications in the Chinese market

Kang Qiaoyue Life is responsible for providing real, continuous, and large-scale real estate and property application scenarios in China, and opening up core business processes such as property inspection, repair, and owner services as a real environment for the implementation and training of localized AI capabilities. The two sides will focus on building the following vertical application directions in China:

Kang Qiaoyue Life stated that the memorandum of understanding signed this time is only an expression of the two parties' initial cooperation intentions.
