Campari Group to Divest Averna, Zedda Piras Brands for EUR100 Million

04:08 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Davide Campari-Milano (CPR.MI), d/b/a Campari Group, said Thursday it agreed to sell its Averna and Zedda Piras brands to Italian spirits company Illva Saronno Holding for 100 million euros. As part of the deal, the companies entered into transitional manufacturing and distribution arrangements in Italy, effective from closing, which is expected in the first half of 2026. The transaction is part of the Milan-listed beverage group's plan to focus on its core brands, with asset disposals under the strategy expected to deliver over 210 million euros in proceeds.
