Yihe Holdings (01662): Trio AI and HGC Huanden agree to establish a strategic partnership

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yihe Holdings (01662) announced that Trio AI has recently entered into a cooperation arrangement with Global Global Telecom Limited (HGC). According to this arrangement, Trio AI and HGC Ring Electric agreed to establish a strategic partnership where Trio AI will provide artificial intelligence accelerated server (AIAS) services with the aim of providing enterprise customers with efficient artificial intelligence-driven computing solutions. The two sides will jointly develop and deliver artificial intelligence infrastructure and services, combining Trio AI's advanced computing hardware with HGC Ring Electric's extensive communication network and customer coverage capabilities.

According to HGC Electronics, the company is a leading fixed network operator and integrated information and communication technology (ICT) solution provider in Hong Kong and overseas, providing services covering telecommunications, data centers, broadband and diversified ICT services, including local and overseas enterprises, SMEs and mass markets.

The Group is mainly engaged in (i) providing foundation works (including pre-drilled small-scale injection piles, pre-drilled I-beams and impact I-beams) and other civil engineering (including site leveling works and road and pedestrian walkway works) and tunnel engineering (including piping, hand-excavated tunneling and excavated backfill tunneling) in Hong Kong; (ii) engaged in property revitalization and upgrading business in China. Trio AI is an artificial intelligence infrastructure service provider focusing on high-efficiency GPU-accelerated cloud computing solutions in Hong Kong.

The collaboration between Trio AI and HGC Ring Electric is expected to combine Trio AI's expertise in AI server hardware and platform development, as well as HGC's robust telecom infrastructure and enterprise customer network. This cooperation is expected to enable the two sides to jointly provide advanced artificial intelligence drive services, strengthen technology product portfolios, and create new business opportunities in the rapidly growing field of artificial intelligence infrastructure in Hong Kong and the wider region.
