Hong Kong Science and Technology Exploration (01137): Yang Zhuguang appointed as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Hong Kong Science and Technology Exploration (01137) announced that since January 1, 2026, Mr. Lee Hon-ying has resigned as the independent non-executive director of the Company, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee; Mr. Yang Zhuguang has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Social and Governance Committee; Mr. Mak Yongsen, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and Executive Director Mr. Bai Dunliu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
