China CITIC Bank announced that recently, the Bank received the “China CITIC Bank's Approval to Amend China CITIC Bank's Articles of Association”, and the revised “Articles of Association of China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd.” have been approved for entry into force. Since December 16, 2025, the Bank will no longer establish a board of supervisors. The board audit committee will exercise the powers of the board of supervisors under the “Company Law of the People's Republic of China” and the supervisory system, and the corporate governance system related to the board of supervisors, such as the “China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. Supervisory Board Rules”, management measures for supervisory board issues, and relevant rules of procedure for various special committees established under the Supervisory Board will be abolished at the same time. Mr. Wei Guobin, Ms. Sun Qixiang, Ms. Li Rong, Mr. Cheng Pusheng, Mr. Zhang Chun, and Ms. Zeng Yufang are no longer the Bank's supervisors.
