ECR Minerals to Buy Australian Gold Project for AU$1 Million

06:23 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ECR Minerals (ECR.L) unit ECR Minerals (Queensland) entered a binding agreement with Fire Creek Mining and HIG20 to purchase their Raglan Resources unit for AU$1 million. Raglan Resources owns the License ML 3665, a fully permitted alluvial gold project in Queensland, Australia, according to a Thursday filing. The transaction includes a mining lease permit for over 300 acres and 2.9 kilometers of main creek systems under the project, as well as a new 60 tonnes-per-hour gravity processing plant. Following completion of the acquisition, which is expected before the end of 2025, ECR will look into initiating production at the site in 2026.
