According to the Zhitong Finance App, Allianz Ruishi (301042.SZ) announced that Xu Jin, the chairman and actual controller of the company, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 670,000 shares through centralized bidding and/or bulk transactions within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure (accounting for 0.9609% of the company's total share capital ratio, accounting for 0.9906% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares held in the company's special repurchase account).
