If your deal doesn’t stack up today, it may not stack up for the foreseeable future.  The Bank of England cut its base rate by 25 basis points to 3.75% Thursday. But it also signalled that there may not be many more cuts left to come.  Bank Governor Andrew Bailey said it was mathematically likely that interest rates are close to their “neutral rate” — when interest rates cause inflation to neither rise nor fall.
