Shareholders of Huandafu Holdings (01,348) transferred shares from Gaocheng Securities to Settled Securities with a market value of HK$21.255,700

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 18, shareholders of Huandafu Holdings (01348) transferred shares from Gaocheng Securities to Settlement Securities, with a market value of HK$21.2557 million, accounting for 7.28%.

Huo Dafu Holdings and the offender YAEL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED jointly announced that on December 12, 2025 (after the transaction period), the offeror (as the buyer) entered into a sales agreement. The shareholder conditionally agreed to sell, and the offeror conditionally agreed to acquire the shares to be sold (i.e. a total of 887 million shares), accounting for about 60.20% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this joint announcement. Equivalent to HK$0.108 per share to be sold.
