Actively participate in the construction of a national carbon emissions trading market and a voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction trading market. Vigorously develop energy saving and carbon reduction service industries such as carbon asset management and carbon market services. Develop distributed energy and build zero-carbon factories and parks. Improve working mechanisms to adapt to climate change and enhance the ability to cope with climate change, especially extreme weather.
