This morning, after 6 years of construction, Unit 6 of the Jinsha River Yinjiang Hydropower Station in Panzhihua, Sichuan was connected to the grid. Six units were fully put into operation, with a total installed capacity of 390,000 kilowatts. With the completion and commissioning of the Yinjiang Hydropower Station located in the main city area of Panzhihua, the installed hydropower capacity of Sichuan Province exceeded 100 million kilowatts, making it the first province in the country to exceed 100 million kilowatts of hydropower installed capacity.
