Customs supervises the processing of value-added goods for “second-tier” domestic sales of 146.89 million yuan, and is exempt from customs duties of 808,000 yuan, mainly medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food, etc., involving 9 “second-tier ports” including Haikou New Seaport, Haikou Port, Haikou Meilan Airport, and Yangpu Port.
