BenQ Hospitals (02581): Hong Kong Public Offer Receives 6.28x Subscription Price of HK$9.34 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance App, BenQ Hospital (02581) announced the allotment results. The company sold 67 million shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% and the international offering accounting for 90%. The sale price per share was HK$9.34, with a net raise of approximately HK$555 million from the global offering. Each lot of 500 shares is expected to start trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on December 22, 2025.
