The Company purchased leased assets XIX from Supplier II, with a purchase price of RMB 1.988 million; and the Company signed a financial lease agreement XIX as lessor and tenant I. The company leased assets XIX to Tenant I. The lease period was 36 months, and the total lease amount was approximately RMB 1.702 million, including the financial lease principal amount of RMB 1.702 million. Interest income of 1,594,400 yuan and financial lease interest income (including VAT) is approximately RMB 111,600.

On December 19, 2025, the Company entered into a purchase agreement XX with Supplier II and Tenant III. The Company purchased leased assets XX from Supplier II, with a purchase price of RMB 4,032,800; and the Company entered into a financial lease agreement with Tenant III. The Company leased the leased assets XX to Tenant III for a period of 36 months, and the total lease amount was approximately RMB 3.4526 million, including the principal amount of the financial lease was RMB 3,226,200 and the financial lease interest income (including VAT) was about people $22.64 million.
