The Global Healthy Living Foundation (GHLF) reached record global podcast and YouTube participation in 2025 with more than 700,000 podcast listens (up 63%) and 2 million YouTube views (up 97%) compared with 2024.
“These numbers are especially significant because our audience is comprised of people with chronic illness, so unless you are personally affected, you’re not likely even to know about this support and education service,” said Louis Tharp, GHLF Executive Director and Co-Founder.
The 24-series global podcast network which was also broadcast on YouTube, and featured patients, medical and policy experts and GHLF personalities, had 77 episodes, including shows covering mental health, heart, insulin resistance, bone, joint, migraine, and dermatology conditions, as well as health advocacy, politics and clinical trials.
Top single podcast episodes in 2025 included Informed Immunity at 41,000 listens, The Psoriatic Arthritis Club 40,000 listens, Patient Prep Rheum 29,000 listens, and Let's Get Personal with 24,000. Since it began in 2021, The GHLF podcast network has more than 1.7 million listens.
YouTube Has 2 Million Views
GHLF’s YouTube channel, had over 2 million views in 2025 with 58,000 hours of watch time, 8,300 interactions, and 3,500 new subscribers. Top videos included a webinar featuring an expert panel on polymyalgia rheumatica with 71,000 views, an informational video on CAR-T cell therapy with 74,000 views, a video on clinical trials diversity with 51,000 views, and a video on CLN-978 autoimmune treatment with 38,000. GHLF’s YouTube channels have more than 6.2 million views and 34,000 subscribers worldwide.
