Public security authorities at both levels of the city have already intervened in the investigation; 4 enterprises, including Xinhui District Danrun Agriculture Co., Ltd., Xinhui District Xinhui District Xinhui Tangerine Peel Agriculture Co., Ltd., and Xinhui Gudao Ganpu Tea Co., Ltd. are suspected of using the “Xinhui Tangerine Peel” geographical indication product name without permission. The law enforcement authorities will deal with the six enterprises strictly and expeditiously in accordance with the law, severely punish illegal and criminal acts, and continue to carry out special rectification operations for a period of one year, implement “zero tolerance” for illegal and criminal acts, and resolutely maintain the “Xinhui Tangerine Peel” brand reputation and market order.
