On December 22, the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a proposal for formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for Guangzhou's National Economic and Social Development. Among them, it is proposed to focus on superior tracks such as eVTOL and flying cars to build a full low-altitude industry chain including R&D and manufacturing, test flight testing, display trade, and operation services. Plan and build major comprehensive scenarios for full-space unmanned systems to promote the iterative upgrading and normalization of commercial operations in application scenarios such as air traffic, low-altitude logistics, cultural tourism experiences, and emergency rescue. Accelerate the construction of infrastructure for software and hardware collaboration, space and ground integration, build a six-in-one low-altitude intelligent networking system of “communication, navigation, surveillance, meteorology, computing power, and countermeasures”, and promote the improvement of military, local, and civilian collaborative management mechanisms in low-altitude airspace.
