Shimao Services (00873) plans to establish a partnership with Huludao Yongsheng

Zhitong Finance App News, Shimao Services (00873) announced that on December 22, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Shimao Tianjing (as limited partner) signed a partnership agreement with Huludao Yongsheng (as general partner). Based on this, the contracting party agreed to establish a partnership to carry out investment, construction and operation of the Huludao Xingcheng sewage treatment project in Liaoning Province, China.

According to the terms of the partnership agreement, the total investment of all partners in the partnership enterprise was RMB 283 million, of which Shanghai Shimao Tianjing invested about RMB 280 million and Huludao Yongsheng invested RMB 2.83 million.
