Songjing Technology (01079) completed the issuance of a total of 100 million shares to be sold

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Songjing Technology (01079) issued an announcement. All conditions for the placement have been met and completed on December 22, 2025. According to the terms of the placement agreement, a total of 100 million placed shares (equivalent to approximately 7.01% of the Company's issued share capital, which was expanded through allotment and issuance of placed shares immediately after completion) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.30 per share.
