In the first 11 months of this year, imports and exports from 9 mainland cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area reached a record high of 8.6% over the same period; nearly 70% of imported and exported goods were mechanical and electrical products, and exports were mainly high-tech products such as electronic components, computers and components; imports of consumer goods such as aquatic products and dairy products increased by more than 20%, and the driving effect of domestic demand was prominent. In the first 11 months, the Yangtze River Delta region's import and export history surpassed 15 trillion yuan for the first time in the same period, reaching 15.46 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.2%. In the same period, imports and exports to the co-building “Belt and Road” countries increased 11%. In the first 11 months, imports and exports from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region amounted to 4.3 trillion yuan. Among them, exports reached 1.32 trillion yuan, a record high for the same period. Exports of private enterprises exceeded 600 billion yuan for the first time, an increase of 16.1%. They have already surpassed the level of last year, accounting for 47.4% of the total export value of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during the same period, and have become the main force driving the growth of regional foreign trade.
