Oracle Power Signs Mining, Land Use Deal for Kalgoorlie Gold Project in Australia

05:35 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle Power (ORCP.L) and its joint venture partner Riversgold signed a grant of mining tenement and a land use deal for the Kalgoorlie Gold Project in Australia. The London-listed mining company said Tuesday that the deal with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Claimant Group covers the Northern Zone Gold Project and the surrounding areas. The deal clears the way for securing a mining lease for the project, setting out protocols for heritage surveys and clearance procedures. The joint venture also signed a right to mine and cooperation agreement with MEGA Resources to fund the project on an equal profit-sharing basis.
