China Tower (00788) appoints Luan Xiaowei as non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Tower (00788) announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has approved Mr. Luan Xiaowei as a non-executive director. His term of office will begin on December 23, 2025 and end on the date the third board of directors is replaced. Mr. Liu Guiqing resigned as a non-executive director on December 23, 2025.

In addition, Mr. Luan Xiaowei was appointed as a member of the Board's Strategy Committee and Audit Committee respectively.
