Botai Auto Federation (02889): Gu Jinyu and Huang Xiaolin were nominated as candidates for independent non-executive directors

According to Zhitong Finance App, Botai Auto Federation (02889) issued an announcement. Dr. Wang Yanfeng proposed to the Company to resign as an independent non-executive director of the company and chairman of the remuneration committee of the board of directors on December 23, 2025, with effect from December 23, 2025. Mr. Wang Yue proposed to the company to resign as a non-executive director of the company on December 23, 2025, with effect from December 23, 2025.

On December 23, 2025, the board of directors resolved to nominate Dr. Gujinyu and Dr. Huang Xiaolin as independent non-executive director candidates for the second board of directors of the company. The term of office begins on the date of review and approval by the shareholders' meeting of the company and ends on the date the term of the second board of directors expires. Dr. Liu Gongshen was appointed as Chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee with effect from December 23, 2025.
