According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shanghai Xiaonanguo (03666) announced that since Mr. Liang Yaozu (Mr. Leung) wanted to focus more time on other personal matters, he has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee (Audit Committee) under the board of directors, and a member of the Remuneration Committee (Remuneration Committee), Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee) and Risk Management Committee (Risk Management Committee), all of which will take effect from December 23, 2025.
