ServiceNow announced that an agreement has been reached to acquire Armis for $7.75 billion in cash. Armis is a leader in network exposure management and physical information security. It manages the full attack surface cyber risk in IT, operational technology, medical equipment and other environments for enterprises, governments, and critical infrastructure around the world. The acquisition will expand ServiceNow's secure workflow product line and advance AI-native, proactive cybersecurity and vulnerability response capabilities across all networked devices. By combining real-time asset discovery, threat intelligence, and risk prioritization with automated remediation and response workflows, ServiceNow and ARMIS will build a unified, end-to-end security technology stack that can perform “observation, decision, and action” across the entire technology footprint.
