After the transfer was completed, Yugong Group directly held 54.5121 million shares of the company and indirectly controlled 20.64 million shares through the holding subsidiary Investment Group, controlling a total of 6.21% of the company's shares, making it the second largest shareholder. The investment group held 20.64 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.71% of the total share capital. This transfer will not result in changes in the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the company.
