Ten departments including the Guangdong Local Financial Administration, the Provincial Science and Technology Department, and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the “Guangdong Province's Work Plan to Promote the Construction of a Strong Financial Service Science and Technology Province”. The plan proposes to focus on key regions, key industries, and key enterprises to strengthen financial support for the construction of a strong science and technology province. The main tasks are to implement strong science and technology finance infrastructure projects, technology finance ecological projects, and factor guarantee projects. The overall goal is to initially establish a modern technology finance matrix system compatible with scientific and technological innovation by the end of 2027, and to explore the provision of full-chain, relay, and multi-level financial services for all stages of the seed period, start-up period, growth period, expansion period, and maturity period.
