The State Internet Information Office of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration issued a notice to change the standards for personal information exit certification. Since the publication of this notice, the standards for personal information protection certification involving cross-border processing activities have been changed to GB/T35273 and GB/T46068 in the “Personal Information Protection Certification Implementation Rules” attached to the “Notice Concerning Implementation of Personal Information Protection Certification”.
