Innolaser announced on December 25 that Suqian Hongcui Enterprise Management Partnership, the shareholder holding 18.47% of the company's shares, plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 4.544,900 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions, not more than 3% of the company's total share capital after deducting shares in the repurchase account.
