Naseej International Trading's Board Proposes Measures to Address Accumulated Losses

11:39 PM EST, 12/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Naseej International Trading (SASE:1213) said Thursday its board proposed certain measures after its accumulated losses reached 63.97% of the company's capital. The measures include increasing the carpets, rugs, and industrial yarns manufacturers' capital by 163.5 million Saudi riyals via a rights issue to settle financial obligations, boost sales volumes, and cut operating expenses. Furthermore, options such as partnerships and other funding sources were also recommended for consideration.
