The National Health Commission held a press conference today to introduce the status of practical projects to serve the public. Up to now, the total number of visits to various electronic unpaid blood donation certificate platforms across the country has reached 580 million, providing undercover inquiry services for direct exemption of clinical blood expenses and reimbursement of blood expenses. On this basis, relying on the “National Electronic Unpaid Blood Donation Certificate” applet, a cross-provincial offsite blood fee reduction platform has been set up to enable online processing of blood fee relief across provinces to ensure that all unpaid blood donors can complete blood fee reduction online no matter where they donate blood or use their blood.
