According to previous research decisions, it was agreed that the storage site of Zhongjiang Logistics Co., Ltd. is located at the Railway Station Logistics Park in Sangong Town District, Changji City, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, and that the approved storage capacity of the alumina delivery warehouse will be increased from 100,000 tons to 150,000 tons; it was agreed to add China Logistics Co., Ltd.'s warehouse at No. 515, Xiangyun Middle Street, Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone, to become an alumina storage site, with an approved storage capacity of 50,000 tons. The above storage area was adjusted to 380 yuan/ton of water per liter from March 4, 2026 to 300 yuan/ton of water.
