After this change in equity, Jizhong Energy Group is still the controlling shareholder of the company, holding 1,197 million shares, accounting for 33.87% of the company's total share capital; Zhang Kuang Group holds 14.5 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.41% of the company's total share capital.
