VeriSilicon announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the National Integrated Circuit Fund held 34,724,272 shares of the company, accounting for 6.6034% of the total share capital. They were all obtained before the IPO and the circulation ban was lifted. Due to its own management needs, the fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 8,939,590 shares through centralized bidding and bulk transactions from January 21 to April 20, 2026, by no more than 1.70%. This reduction in holdings will not have a significant impact on corporate governance and operations, and there is uncertainty about the timing, quantity, and price of the holdings reduction.
