The inventory cycle for mid-sized and above cities across the country exceeds 30 months, that is, almost three years before they can fully absorb existing housing, while Sanya is only 9 months. He believes that in the future, with population growth and policy changes, including personal income tax, corporate income tax convenience, and improvements in medical conditions, it will surely drive the overall economic development of Hainan. He suggested liberalizing purchase restrictions throughout Hainan, and even lowering the threshold for foreigners who can contribute to the Hainan Free Trade Port.
