At the press conference, the application of the “China Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Data Platform”, “Intelligent Supervision Platform for Edible Vegetable Oil” and “Professional Corpus Labeling Platform in the Field of Food Safety Risk Management” was demonstrated, and the main contents of the two group standards “Digital Food Industry Enterprise Construction Guide” and “Regional Food Industry Digital Construction Guide” were introduced. Seven research results were also presented at the conference, including the “Research Report on China's Food Safety Status” and “Typical Case of Digital and Intelligent Transformation of Food Enterprises”.
