Non-Beijing passenger cars that have applied for a Beijing entry pass are not prohibited from driving on roads within the 5th Ring Road from 7:00 to 9:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, and traffic management measures restricting traffic in the license plate tail area from 9:00 to 17:00, but they should abide by the “ban on entering roads within the Second Ring Road, Jianguomenwai Street, Fuxingmen Outer Street, and Fuxing Road throughout the day” regulations.
