We learned from the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission that up to now, all 2,885 major projects in Ningxia have been started, with an annual investment completion rate of 101%; all 100 key projects at this level have started, and the investment completion rate is as high as 123%, providing key support for consolidating and strengthening the positive trend of economic recovery.
