Aberdeen Robotics (00370): Aberdeen Robotics and Tonghong Guard sign a product delivery agreement for a self-contained intelligent security robot

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hong Kong Robotics (00370) issued an announcement regarding Tonghong Guard's procurement of self-made intelligent security robots from Aberdeen Robotics (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company). On December 29, 2025, Aberdeen Robotics and Tonghong Security entered into a product delivery agreement for a self-contained intelligent security robot. According to the product delivery agreement, the first batch of 100 self-contained intelligent security robots that have met the delivery standards for tested and defined robot configurations and parameters will be delivered within 3 months from the date of the product delivery agreement. The sales price of the self-contained intelligent security robot remained at RMB 300,000 per unit as stated in the purchase announcement.

After Tonghong Security has tested the product, the Aberdeen robot will provide the following after-sales services, including but not limited to installation, provision of operation guidance, regular on-site inspection, recording and analysis of run-time data, and support for daily operations.
