At around 12:00 noon local time on December 27, the first waste incineration power generation project in Central Asia was completed and put into operation in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, marking the transition of solid waste treatment in Central Asia from simple open landfill to a new stage of clean incineration and energy regeneration.
