Yang Tiejun seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline, constituting a serious offense of office and suspected of taking bribes. Furthermore, he did not relent or retreat after the 18th National Congress of the Party. It was serious in nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously.
