If the assessment results are unqualified, the provincial people's government shall, within one month after the announcement of the assessment results, propose corrective measures within a limited period of time, make a written report to the State Council, and copy them to all member units of the assessment working group. Where gross negligence of duty or responsibility is discovered during the assessment or rectification, the relevant units and individuals shall be held accountable in accordance with regulations, discipline and law.
