Kelvin Tan reappointed Innoprise MD

PETALING JAYA: Innoprise Plantations Bhd has reappointed Datuk Kelvin Tan Aik Pen, 68, as its managing director (MD) and to its board of directors with effect from today.

He takes over from his brother, Tan Aik Kiong, 65, who is retiring from the role.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Kelvin Tan had previously held the position of managing director from 2006 to 2019.

He played a role in the development of the group’s plantation operations from greenfield sites into established oil palm estates and milling operations.

He is also the chairman and co-founder of TSH Resources Bhd.

Innoprise also announced the cessation of Tan Aik Kiong as a member of its remuneration committee, effective Dec 31, 2025.
