PTT Synergy unit secures RM34mil job

PETALING JAYA: PTT Synergy Group Bhd has secured a RM34.05mil construction contract through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn Bhd, following the acceptance of a letter of award from Sime Darby Property (BBR Business Park) Sdn Bhd yesterday.

The contract involves the construction as well as completion of earthworks and ancillary works for Phase 1 Package 4 (i32, i33 and C21) of Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 4 in Klang, Selangor.

Pre-possession for the project took place on Jan 29, with site possession commencing on March 3. Completion is scheduled for March 2, 2027 for package i33, with overall completion targeted for Aug 2, 2027. PTT said the award was secured in the ordinary course of business and on arm’s length commercial terms.
