Constellium Analysts Boost Their Forecasts After Upbeat Q4 Earnings

Constellium SE (NYSE:CSTM) reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results on Wednesday.

Constellium reported quarterly earnings of 80 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 33 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $2.201 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.889 billion.

“Constellium delivered near record results in 2025 despite the uncertain macroeconomic and end market environment, including record fourth quarter Adjusted EBITDA,” said Ingrid Joerg, Constellium’s Chief Executive Officer.

Constellium shares rose 1.4% to $25.99 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Constellium following earnings announcement.

  • BMO Capital analyst Katja Jancic maintained Constellium with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $25 to $30.
  • Deutsche Bank analyst Corinne Blanchard maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $25 to $28.
