Terreno Realty Corporation Sells 56,000 sq. ft. Lanham, MD Industrial Property For $11.1M

Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, sold an industrial property located in Lanham, Maryland on March 6, 2026 for a sale price of approximately $11.1 million.

The property consists of a 56,000 square foot light industrial building on 4.5 acres which is 100% leased. The property was purchased by Terreno Realty Corporation on December 11, 2013 for $5.6 million. The unleveraged internal rate of return generated by the investment was 10.8%.
