Highpeak Energy Posts Downbeat Q4 Results, Joins Netskope, Descartes Systems And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 250 points on Thursday.

Shares of Highpeak Energy Inc (NASDAQ:HPK) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected quarterly financial results.

HighPeak Energy reported quarterly losses of 21 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 7 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $165.839 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $190.563 million.

Highpeak Energy shares dipped 7% to $5.44 in pre-market trading.
